Teenage Islamist 'poster girl' who fled Austria to join ISIS 'is beaten to death by the terror group after trying to escape from Syria' - months after friend who went with her was killed Samra Kesinovic (left and centre), 17, who fled Austria in April 2014 along with her friend Sabina Selimovic (right), is believed to have been beaten to death by ISIS terrorists having tried to sneak out of Raqqa, Syria. Sabina is said to have died in December during a period of heavy fighting. Both girls appeared in propaganda videos for ISIS soon after they arrived in Syria. An Islamic preacher from Bosnia living in Vienna, Mirsad O., known by the Islamic name of 'Ebu Tejma', was allegedly responsible for the radicalisation of the two young girls. Paramount ruler of Tivland in Benue dies at 71 The paramount ruler of the Tiv tribe in Benue State who is also the Tor Tiv, Dr Alfred Akawe Torkula, has died.
