Clever Campos, a 28yr old taxi driver in Peru stunned doctors when he walked into a hospital with a knife sticking out of his head. This extremely sad incident happened this morning at Mile 2 junction Lagos. A lady's legs were crushed when a container fell on her as she was about boarding a bike on the road. According to a LIB eye witness, the bike man managed to escape but the lady tripped while trying to run, and the container fell on her legs. People came to her rescue and when they couldn't figure out how to take the very heavy container off her, they decided to cut off her legs with a cutlass. Knowing she only had weeks to live, a dying 14 year old schoolgirl, described as a “bright, intelligent young person”, desperately turned to cryogenics in the hope that one day, a cure would be found and she would be brought back to life. A Sharia court in Iran has sentenced three Christians; Yaser Mosibzadeh, Saheb Fadayee and Mohammed Reza Omidi, to 80 lashes of the cane each, after finding them guilty of blasphemy for drinking Holy Communion wine during communion service. Thousands of prisoners are still being held on indeterminate sentences under a controversial scheme that was scrapped four years ago. The Imprisonment for Public Protection scheme (IPP) was introduced in 2005 but was later scrapped after being described as a "stain" on the justice system. James Ward was 19 years old when he was given a 10-month IPP sentence.He is still inside today. Two nephews of Venezuela's first lady could face life in prison after they were convicted for trying to smuggle almost 2,000 pounds of cocaine into the US. Police this week, arrested a 28-year-old Greek woman who ordered 3 kilograms of cocaine on behalf of a 42-year-old Nigerian man, who was also arrested. A 60-year-old man accused of raping and killing a young woman, was beaten, dragged and paraded naked by youths and women of Amaekpu, Ohafia Local Government Area of Abia State, today, November 18th.
