A male and female suicide bomber died from their explosive before they could reach the popular  Monday  market in Maiduguri, Borno State. No innocent life was lost. Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, has ordered the immediate arrest of the contractors and engineers that constructed the Reigners Bible Church International Inc, Uyo, which collapsed on Saturday, killing scores of people.
