Over 22 people have died and 197,000 people evacuated after a week of continuous heavy downpour in Southern China. The Heavy Rains triggered severe floods, landslides, mud flows across southern China and according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs, more than 2,400 homes & 20,900 hectares of crops have been destroyed.
