(Photos)Derby County 1-3 Man United: Louis van Gaal's side advance to the FA Cup last 16  Manchester United reached the last 16 of the FA Cup on Friday evening after battling to a 3-1 win over  Derby County  at Pride Park. Wayne Rooney opened the scoring with a delightful long-range effort but George Thorne brought the hosts level just before the break. United  were disjointed and unimpressive for much of the game but retook the lead courtesy of Daley Blind in the 65th minute and Juan Mata added a gloss late on. More Photos>>

Mystery fainting illness hits passengers and crew  on SECOND American Airlines flight Unnerved passengers feared for their lives after a plane was forced to make an emergency landing when passengers and crew passed out mid-flight. The  American Airlines  flight, which was flying from Brazil to the United States, was travelling at a height of more than 30,000ft when three members of staff became ill. Billionaire loses $6bn in 1 day but is still the 5th richest in the world + see top 10 richest men Amazon founder, Jeff Bezos (right) lost $6 billion in one day after his company's share price fell 11 percent but don't cry for him, he still has $49.2 billion even though he slipped from fourth place to fifth on Forbes's rich list. According to Forbes, he was worth $49.8 billion at 5pm. In the space of 30 minutes he lost $800million, so ended up falling behind Carlos Slim Helu of Mexico, who is now the fourth richest person in the world with a net worth of $49.6 billion. Read more »

Man kills his 2 month old son because he won't stop crying 31 year old Danielle Whyte had given birth to her baby boy just seven weeks before he was allegedly murdered at the hands of the most unsuspecting suspect - his own father. 51-year-old Jose Feliciano was allegedly jealous of baby Mason for commanding the attention of Whyte. On Dec. 10, police say Feliciano grew angry after hearing Mason crying and yelled at him in his room to stop crying but the infant kept crying, shortly after, Whtye heard ‘several loud bangs.’ Read more »

The beautiful estate located along Jabi Airport road junction, Abuja was sealed off on Wednesday, January 27 amid heavy security.  The eyewitness who took the photos was reportedly manhandled by the operatives. Footballer Emmanuel Adebayor mocked on Twitter for saying he needs Google to find out about his new club Togolese footballer Emmanuel Adebayor joined London club Crystal Palace this week, and during his unveiling, he shockingly admitted he knows nothing about the new club despite the club being a London based Premier League club and the club paying him £70,000 of his £100,000 a week salary. He said: "I don't know much about the club but it's better to learn so I'll be going on Google and finding out more about them." French president cancels lunch after Iranian president asked not to share wine during his visit to France French President François Hollande decided having wine with lunch is more important than breaking bread with Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani during an official visit to Paris. Hollande scrapped the lunch at the Élysée Palace after Rouhani asked for a halal menu in keeping with his Muslim faith, and that also meant no wine at the table during his first visit as president to the City of Light. According to a statement released by GTBank Liberia, Orogun, a Nigerian, went missing after an unfortunate boating mishap that took place on Sunday, January 24, at the Barracuda Resort off the Robertsfied Highway in Monrovia.
