Man survives gruesome shark attack by punching beast 'several times' A man survived a gruesome shark attack by punching the beast several times. The 31-year-old suffered severe wounds to his arms and legs in the attack while swimming in the sea off the coast of northeast Australia today. Manchester United back to winning ways beats Swansea City 2-1 Wayne Rooney was the hero at Old Trafford as he scored a lovely goal to secure a 2-1 win over Swansea. The Swans had beaten the Red Devils in the last three clashes and threatened another upset when Gylfi Sigurdsson equalised Antony Martial's opener. But Rooney scored 13 minutes from time with a superb backheel flick from Martial's cross to send United up to fifth. A Guy, Killed by Girlfriend's Dog ! The girlfriend of a man who was killed by her pet pitbull has spoken of her devastation at his death. Jessica Hill said there were "no words" to describe how she was feeling after her partner Liam Hewitson was mauled to death at her home in Preston, Lancashire.
