A 13-year-old black boy has been shot dead by a white Ohio police officer for pulling out a toy gun while he was being chased after a $10 theft. A Nigerian man and his Thai wife were arrested by police for allegedly swindling marriage-seeking Thai women out of a total of 20 million baht via an internet romance scam.
