Armed to the teeth and sporting military fatigues and a combat helmet (left), the officers are part of a counter-terrorism unit unveiled at Wembley last night. The elite Scotland Yard squad arrived in huge armoured vehicles to throw a ring of steel around the 80,000 fans watching England beat France (right).

Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday. The females among the corps members serving in Enugu and Ebonyi states were reportedly rap*d by the bad guys who blocked the highway and stopped vehicles with impunity.
