One in 10 houses in Seymour Walk, a quiet cul-de-sac in Chelsea, will be undergoing major building works over the next few months. Many residents have expressed concerns that that the historic road will be 'blighted' by the works, with some even suggesting that their garden walls will be likely to collapse. However, the local council has waved through planning permission for all six properties - despite pledging to crack down on the epidemic of 'iceberg' basements in the Kensington and Chelsea area

Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday. The females among the corps members serving in Enugu and Ebonyi states were reportedly rap*d by the bad guys who blocked the highway and stopped vehicles with impunity.
