And if you didn't know it already, a flurry of footballers and clubs have been quick to share their festive goodwill on social media.
Tim Cahill posted a picture of his Christmas tree - complete with THREE Everton shirts.
Suited and booted Robert Lewandowski and James Rodriguez looked rather dapper in their shared snaps.

Paris terror plot mastermind 'is DEAD': Police remove two bodies from apartment after French commandos 'kill ISIS leader' during hour-long gun battle in which FIVE THOUSAND rounds were fired The mastermind behind the Paris massacre, Abdelhamid Abaaoud (pictured top right), is dead, according to two senior intelligence officials. Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday. The females among the corps members serving in Enugu and Ebonyi states were reportedly rap*d by the bad guys who blocked the highway and stopped vehicles with impunity.
