Herbalist remanded in prison for defrauding pregnant woman of N100,000

An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court on Thursday remanded a 48-year old native doctor, Kayode Korede-Kuye, in Kirikiri Prisons for obtaining N100,000 on the pretext of preparing concoction for a pregnant woman. The Magistrate, Mrs Taiwo Akanni, remanded the accused in prison after he pleaded guilty to a two-count charge of obtaining the money by false pretence and stealing.

Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday.
