Man with five rings stuck on his penis dials 999 asking to be freed by firefighters

A man who got five rings stuck on his penis and phoned 999 for help has been branded a "time waster" by the fire service.
London Fire Brigade have pledged to start tweeting the contents of hoax calls in an effort to remind people only to phone them in the event of an emergency.
The man from London was just one of almost 10,000 non-emergency calls the service received in the past four years.

Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday.
