 A mum-of-two who tried to burn her sister alive to hide the fact she'd stolen £140,000 from her family has been jailed for 25 years.
Cathy Bartlett, 30, was branded "evil" by a judge by the "ruthless and breathtaking" bid to cover her tracks.
A four-week trial at Winchester Crown Court heard how Bartlett how she gave her sister Rachael, 34, alcohol and sleeping tablets before setting fire to her mum's house in Bartley, Hampshire.
