Photo: Lebanese bags 2 years for Issuance of dud cheque

A Lebanese man identified as Hussien Tahir, has been convicted and sentenced to twenty four months imprisonment for Issuance of N 22 million dud cheque.

According to a statement by EFCC spokesperson, Wilson Uwajare, the convict, who was arraigned on October 15, 2014, had in 2009 approached the complainant with a proposal to jointly fund the execution of a capital project which he claimed was awarded to him by the Nigeria Customs Service.

Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday. The females among the corps members serving in Enugu and Ebonyi states were reportedly rap*d by the bad guys who blocked the highway and stopped vehicles with impunity.
