Did the referee headbutt this footballer? (video)

In a German lower League match between TSG and FC Oberlausitz, TSG begged the officials for a penalty when one of their players seemed to be fouled in the box, as they were trailing 1-0 at home.

After discussions with his linesmen, referee Norbert Giese refused to award the spot-kick, and when pressured by the players, the referee pressed heads with TSG’s Fabio Viteritti, and he fell down. Did the referee headbutt the player? Looks like he did but he didn't. Watch the video after the 1.50 mins mark after the cut.

Female Corpers Rap*d By Armed Men In Police Uniform Those guys should be ashamed of themselves! Seven corps members returning from the recent holidays were among 16 passengers attacked by robbers at a spot on Kaduna-Abuja highway on Sunday.
